Shopsite Pro allows for the real-time sale and delivery of digital products to your customers. All file formats and types are supported however it is recommended that you choose to work with standard file types such as PDF and TXT. Since a lot of digital products now come with 'bonuses' you will also need to consider packing a group of files together into one easy to download archive. This can be easily accomplished by using tools like WinZip and StuffIt.
Uploading Downloadable Files to Shopsite
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite
Before you can upload your Digital Products into Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Uploading Digital Products Into Shopsite
Click on the Commerce Setup button.
Click on the Digital Download button.
Click the Upload a File button.
Click the Browse button.
Select your Digital Product.
Click the Open button.
Click the Upload File
The file is now available for Digital Download.
