Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can turn on the custom text field for your product in Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Turning on the Custom Text Field

Click on the Products button.



Select the product you want to add the Custom Text Field to.



Click the Edit Product Info button.



Scroll till you reach the Ordering Options section of the page.



Check the Customer Text Entry check box.



Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
