Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can set your order email up to be in HTML within Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Using a HTML Order Receipt in Shopsite

Click on the Commerce Setup button.



Click on the Order System button.



Click on the Thank You button.



Check the Customer E-mail Receipt in HTML format check box.



Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
