Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can turn taxes off for a specific product in Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Turning Tax Calculation OFF For a Product

Click on the Products button.



Select the product to turn tax calculation off for.



Click the Edit Product Info button.



Uncheck the Taxable checkbox.



Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
