Your Shopsite store comes with three (3) secure pages. They include the Checkout, Confirmation and Thank You store sections that are made available to your customer once they have added a product to their basket and begin the checkout process. In the event that you want to add a graphic to any one of these pages you will need to do so with a secure URL. If you don't, the page will load with warnings which will most likely result in a loss of the sale.
Finding the Secure File Path in Shopsite
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite
Before you can locate your secure file path within Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Finding Shopsite's Secure URL for Files
Click on the Preferences button.
Click on the Hosting Service button.
Scroll till you reach the SSL Security Settings section of the page.
Locate the ShopSite Images secure URL section.
This is your secure path to images found within your Shopsite store.
