No AuthorizeNET Receipt in Shopsite
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can turn the AuthorizeNET receipt feature off within Shopsite you will need to be first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.

Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Turning off AuthorizeNET's Receipt

Click on the Commerce Setup button.

Click on the Payment button.

Scroll till you reach the Processor section of the page.

Click the Configure Processor button.

Scroll till you reach the Gateway confirmation email section of the page.

Select the False option from the Send email to customer drop down menu.

Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Click the Save Changes button.

This concludes our tutorial on how to disable the AuthorizeNET gateway email from being sent from within your Shopsite store.
