Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can extend the life of visitors's cookies for unfinished orders in Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Increasing Shopsite's Unfinished Orders Cookie Lifetime

Click on the Commerce Setup button.



Click on the Order System button.



Click on the Shopping Cart button.



Scroll till you reach the Keep unfinished shopping carts section of the page.



Increase the number of days from the default seven (7) to the number that you want. Note that ninety-nine (99) is the maximum.



Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
