Creating a Wholesale and Retail Store With One Shopsite License
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can setup both a wholesale and retail store using the same Shopsite license you need to be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.

Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Setting Up Your Retail Site

Click on the Pages button.

Click the Add a Page button.

Enter Your Page name in the Page Name field.

Scroll till you reach the Advanced Info section of the page.

In the File Name field type in - index.html.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.

Step #3: Setting Up Your Wholesale Site

Click on the Pages button.

Click the Add a Page button.

Enter Your Page name in the Page Name field.

Scroll till you reach the Advanced Info section of the page.

In the File Name field type in - wholesale/index.html.

Note the wholesale folder that precedes the index.html file name. This tells Shopsite to put the INDEX.HTML page into a folder called WHOLESALE. This way you can store your retail pages in one directory and your wholesale pages in another.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.

This concludes our tutorial on how to setup a wholesale and retail store using the same Shopsite license.
