Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can configure Base Shipping within Shopsite you have to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Accessing Shopsite's Available Shipping Methods

Click on the Commerce Setup button.



Click on the Shipping button.



Select Base Shipping option and click the Configure button.



Enter your BASE shipping cost.

Shipping Explanation:

In this example if you customer's order had a shipping value of less than $5.00 then Shopsite would automatically update the Shipping Cost to the minimum $5.00 Base Rate.



Step #3: Saving Your Changes

Once satisfied, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.



Modifying Shipping Method Names:

Step #4: Saving Your Shipping Settings

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Save Changes button to save your Shipping Settings.
