Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can download the Shopsite Page Database from within Shopsite you have to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.



Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Accessing Shopsite's Databases

Click on the Utilities button.



Click on the Database button.



Step #3: Downloading the Shopsite Page Database

Click the Upload / Download button.



Select the Pages radio button and click the Download button.



Leave the default download options selected.



Name the file to something you will remember and click the Proceed button.



Click the OK button.
