Whenever you upload an image into Shopsite it adds a default white border of 3 pixels around the image. In most cases this is something you will want to remove. This tutorial will show you how to remove this three-pixel border from any uploaded image found within the Shopsite backoffice.

Step #1: Logging into Shopsite

Before you can edit your image attributes within Shopsite you have to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.

Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.

Step #2: Accessing Shopsite's Image Attributes

Select the image you want to edit and click the Edit Image Attributes button.

Step #3: Removing the Image Border

Replace the 3 with a 0 in between the quotes for both the hspace and vspace values.

Step #4: Saving Your Changes

Click the Save Changes button.

This concludes our tutorial on how to edit your Image Attributes within Shopsite.
