Checking the Status of Your Shopsite Databases

Every now and then it is a good idea to check the status of your Shopsite databases. The 'Check Status' section of the Shopsite backoffice provides you with a bird's eye view of where each of your databases is at. Easily tell when your databases were last updated and backed up along with their respective sizes.
Shopsite Database Status
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite
Before you can check your databases' status within Shopsite you have to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Checking Your Databases' Status
Click on the Utilities button.
Click on the Database button.
Click on the Check Status button.
Here you can see the status of each your Shopsite Databases.
