Before you can modify the email where you will receive orders from your store you have to first be logged into Shopsite's web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Changing Shopsite's Order Confirmation Email
Click on the Preferences button.
Click on the Hosting Service button.
Update the Merchant e-mail address field with the email you want to receive your customer's orders from.
Step #3: Saving Your Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.
