Shopsite makes it easy for you to find your customer's orders with its built in order search system and pre-defined search values. Now when your customer calls or emails you it will be easy for you to pull up what they bought along with the rest of their order information.
Finding Orders In Shopsite
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite
Before you can find your orders within Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Finding Customer Orders in Shopsite
Click on the Orders button.
Select the Search Criteria to use during the search from the drop-down menu.
Enter the text value to search for within the Text Entry field.
Click the Search button.
Shopsite displays the results of your search!
