You've just finished uploading and assigning images to your products. You go into your store and notice that all of the product images now have an ugly blue border around them. What are you to do? Thankfully there is a simple workaround to get rid of this border and restore your images to the way they should look!
Reset Image Attributes
Step #1: Logging into Shopsite
Before you can reset your image attributes in Shopsite you need to first be logged into its web based interface. Depending on your hosting provider you will have been given access information in order to login. If you do NOT have this information, get it from you host.
Once you have logged into your Shopsite back office you will be presented with a screen just like the one displayed above.
Step #2: Resetting Image Attributes in Shopsite
Click on the Images button.
Select the image(s) you want to reset the attributes of.
Click the Reset Image Attributes button.
Click the Publish button.
