Hot of the presses... Shopsite Releases 8.1 of their shopping cart solution! They have packed this Shopsite release with fifteen (15) new and exciting features including: eBay Auctions, Visa Compliancy, Google Checkout, Real-Time Fed EX Shipping Rates and (drum roll) All Shopsite Databases are now stored in SQL! If you have been contemplating the upgrade of your Shopsite license to 8.1 now is the time.

Shopsite 8.1 makes it easy and quick to list the products you have within your Shopsite store on eBay.
All Shopsite Databases are Stored in SQL
All of Shopsite's databases (pages, products, customers, orders) are now stored in SQL within Shopsite 8.1. This opens up incredible development opportunity where custom tools and applications can be made to interface directly with Shopsite and any 3rd party applications you are using to run your business, i.e. Quickbooks, Endicia, etc.
VISA CISP / PABP Compliant
This is a huge addition. By being Visa CISP / PABP compliant Shopsite 8.1 guarantees that your on-line store meets the requirements imposed by Visa for on-line business.
Improved Security for Stored Credit Cards
Shopsite 8.1 introduces new Public and Private key encryption that can be enabled to improve security for credit cards that are stored within your on-line store.
Orders Security Status Window
