» FedEx Saturday Delivery Error in Shopsite v8.1

After having configured Shopsite 8.1's integrated FedEx module for a client I kept getting the following error on the Shopsite Add to Cart screen - FedEx Message: Service was not found. I brought this error to Shopsite's attention and they indicated that the error appears when the 'Saturday Delivery' option is turned on at the same time as ANY of the 'Express Shipping' methods. Since the client needed the Express Shipping methods more than Saturday Delivery we unchecked this option. This bug is slated to be fixed in v8.2 of Shopsite.

When uploading images into your Shopsite back office it is recommended that you name your images with a friendly combination of letters and symbols that are separated by either a hyphen '-' or underscore '_' in place of spaces.
