Whenever you make a change to a Shopsite page or product within the backoffice you will need to first 'Publish It' before your visitors will be able to see those changes. Publishing your changes within Shopsite is extremely easy and should be done whenever you are satisfied with your content updates.

Every now and then it is a good idea to check the status of your Shopsite databases. The 'Check Status' section of the Shopsite backoffice provides you with a bird's eye view of where each of your databases is at. Easily tell when your databases were last updated and backed up along with their respective sizes.

Whenever you make a change to a Shopsite Custom Template or want to rebuild your entire store you will need to use the Shopsite Regenerate feature found within the Shopsite back office. Regenerating a Shopsite store will re-create ALL of its HTML pages with the most up-to-date layout and content.

Maintaining a good level of security within your Shopsite back office can be had by updating your password on a regular basis. It is recommended that you change you password once every six months or whenever someone outside of your company has been granted access.
